Description
GALX-9900AL Ashless Antiwear Hydraulic Oil Additive Package is used for blending high-grade high-pressure ashless anti-wear hydraulic oils, with recommended dosage 0.6-0.8% (anti-foam agent should be added with 10PPM). Blended with paraffin-base HV(High Viscosity) neutral oils (HVTS, HVIW) as base oils, it can be prepared into hydraulic oils with viscosity grades including N32, N46, N68, N100 and so on.
After the evaluation of Physical&Chemical properties and bench test of high-pressure pumps, the quality of GALX-9900AL can meet GB11118.1-94 L - HM standards of good-quality mineral hydraulic oils, can also meet DENISON, HF-0 specification requirements, ISO11158-97, vickers, m-2950-s DIN 51524 (Ⅱ) and Cincinnati milacron P - 68 - P - 69 - P - 70 specification requirements, GALX-9900AL’s quality can be in line with the current international advanced similar products. When formulating hydraulic guide oils, the recommended dosage is 1.5% - 2.0%.

Application
GLAX-9900AL does not contain zinc and other metal elements, and has excellent high-pressure extreme pressure, antiwear properties and thermal oxidation stability. It can be also widely used in hydraulic systems of metallurgy plastics, mines and heavy engineering equipments such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, forming machines, press machines. GALX-9900AL is an ideal power transmission medium, which can reduce the wear for hydraulic machines, extend mechanical life, reduce oil consumptions, and increase the benefits.
Packing and Storage
Packing:
This product is packed in the clean, dry and leak-tightness metal drums, and net weight is 190kgs/drum.
Storage:
This product should be kept in the shady, cool, clean, ventilated warehouse, and be also kept in clean covered vehicles when transportation, its storage life is 2 years.
