Description
GALX-9201 is formulated with high-quality extreme pressure/EP additives, antioxidants and other additives It has excellent extreme pressure/EP, anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-oxidation stabilities. Under the harsh conditions of high-speed impacts and high torque, it can effectively prevent gear surface from abrasion, wearing, pitting and peeling. Under the condition of high temperature and high load, it can prevent sludge and sediment from gerenating so that gear surface can be kept clean. In wet and water environment, it can effectively prevent gear surface from rust and corrosion.
Application
Use in middle duty industrial gear oils, its recommended dosage is 1.2%,(paraffin base oils)
Use in heavy duty industrial oils, its recommended dosage is 1.6%
Use in GL-4 vehicle gear oils, its recommended dosage is 2.4%(viscosity is SAE90、80W/90, 85W/90, 85W/140)
Use in GL-5 vehicle gear oils, its recommended dosage is 4.8%, meeting GB13895-92 specification requirements.
